Can you help identify this World War I soldier?

Can you help identify this World War I soldier?

When the Christmas festivities are over is the perfect time to sit down and do some family history research. Our latest Newsletter has lots of interesting leads so you may find a quick ‘look’ extends way beyond what you’d anticipated!

The Orange and District Historical Society has asked if anyone can assist in identifying this photograph of a World War I soldier which was given to them in recent months. The nicely framed photo is believed to have come from Borenore and the man may have been related to the Nicholson family. If anyone recognises him, could they please contact Elisabeth Edwards by phoning 02 6362 8647 or email: liz.edwards@orangepeel.it
